Positioned on a subtle elevated site with views to the ocean and surrounding hills, this family bach has been comprehensively modernised.

The original dwelling has been upgraded throughout, with a considered balance between the original character and essential rebuild of every element of the building.

Clad in timber weatherboard and Coloursteel Spanlok, the rebuild of the decks to the front and rear, complemented by louvre roofs & bifold shutters, extending usability and supporting year-round outdoor living.

Open plan living areas run from front to back, maximising natural light and panoramic ocean views.

Skylights, custom birch ply cabinetry battened ceilings and light interiors create a relaxed coastal aesthetic and retain some of the nostalgia of Bach.

The ocean-facing master bedroom is supported by three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom, allowing flexible accommodation for guests.

A considered and compact layout which remains sympathetic to the original Bach, while integrating contemporary functionality and comfort.
