01 - Initial Conversation
Start with a conversation to explore your ideas and figure out what's possible.
Even if you haven't yet spoken to an architect or had plans drawn, an initial consultation gives you practical, grounded feedback early on - what's feasible on your site, what your budget might realistically support, and how early decisions can shape the quality and cost of the build. Having builder's insights and construction expertise in the room from the start can make for a significantly smoother journey. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing - it simply means you go into the next phase better informed.
Already have an architect or plans? No problem. We're comfortable stepping in at any stage of the process.
02 - design
Architectural design that builds beautifully.
We've worked across a complex range of high-end architectural designs - which means we understand not just how homes should look, but how they need to be built.
We collaborate closely with architects and designers throughout the design phase, contributing a builder's perspective on material selection, structural considerations, and site-specific challenges - so that what gets drawn can actually be built to the standard it deserves.
We have strong relationships with respected architects across the Bay of Plenty and beyond. Whether you need an introduction to the right architect for your project, or you're coming to us with plans already in hand - we'll work seamlessly with whoever you choose.
03 - build
Exceptional quality every time.
Every project is led by a dedicated site foreman, supported by our own builders and a trusted network of subcontractors we've worked alongside for years.
We're considered about the products and materials we use, staying across the best the industry has to offer - from sustainable solutions to the latest construction technology. The goal on every project is the same: a home built to endure, finished with care, and something we're genuinely proud to put our name on.
As Registered Master Builders and Licensed Building Practitioners, we manage all consent inspections, District Council requirements, and documentation through to the issue of your Code of Compliance Certificate.
04 - Manage
You'll always know where things stand.
We know that entrusting a significant build to a construction team requires a lot of trust - and we don't take that lightly.
From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, we stay close to our clients. Consistent communication, honest updates, and a team that's always accessible and straightforward to deal with. We oversee everything - subcontractor coordination, product specifications, council requirements, and quality control at every stage - so you don't have to.

05 - Interior Consulting
Bringing your vision to life.
A beautiful home is as much about the finishes, materials, and textures as it is the build itself. For clients who want support with their interior selections, we offer an optional interior consulting service through our in-house Interior Consultant, Jane Cosmas.
Jane works closely with clients to create a cohesive interior direction that reflects your taste and ties the whole home together. From mood boards and material samples through to confirming final selections, she takes the complexity out of the process and makes it an enjoyable part of the journey.
