New Build

New build modernist home is a statement in balance — intricate in its construction yet calm and simple in its overall form. A build that demanded precision to achieve the architectural intent — a low, horizontal profile defined by steel, glass and timber.

The design centres around a dramatic double-height entry, where steel and glass doors open to a striking central spine that carries through the length of the interior. Every space a considered detail — an enclosed deck with spa and outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen and fire beneath a LouvreTec roof, and a refined media room behind bespoke steel and glass sliders.

At the heart of the home lies a perfectly proportioned kitchen, dining and living area. Double-height ceilings and full-width glazing flood the space with light and frame the view.

Every material choice and junction speaks to the integrity of the design. The steelwork, lighting, and finishes come together seamlessly, allowing the architecture itself to take centre stage. A complex build executed with precision and restraint, and craftsmanship.
