This Mount Maunganui home is one of the most technically ambitious builds in our portfolio — a three-level concrete and steel structure that redefines modern coastal living. The architectural design features a full gym, sauna and spa, media room, bar, and an above-ground infinity pool suspended on the second level, looking out over the waters of the Mount’s main beach.
The engineering behind this project was complex, requiring detailed planning and coordination across every stage. Each level was built to deliver strength and performance while achieving the clean architectural lines that define the home’s high-end construction.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the home to its coastal outlook, creating a seamless connection between the living spaces and the view beyond. Natural materials and finishes bring balance and warmth to the strong structural form.
Five years in the making, this project stands as a true team effort — the result of skilled trades, careful management, and a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship.
