This Waihī Beach home has been completely transformed, reconfigured to function perfectly for family life. The living spaces have been opened up, improving flow, and maximising natural light to make the most of the coastal outlook.
Expansive windows and doors now flood the interior with natural light, framing views of the surrounding hills and opening the home to the outdoors. Horizontal powder-coated aluminium screens define the front elevation, while the combination of whitewashed cedar and Gull Grey Coloursteel Maxx Spanlok cladding gives the exterior a crisp, contemporary edge.
Continuous engineered oak flooring connects each space, leading to a generous outdoor area with timber decking, a louvre roof, plunge pool and spa.
