This Waihī Beach bach has been completely modernised, with a clean coastal aesthetic, using low-maintenance materials to withstand the harsh coastal conditions.
Robust aluminium cladding and roofing ensure long-term durability. And the Flashclad Dualboard Vertical Cladding System gives a subtle nod to the home’s original board-and-batten character. Inside, the reconfigured layout opens up the spaces connection to the oceanfront.
