This Waihī Beach bach has been completely modernised, with a clean coastal aesthetic, using low-maintenance materials to withstand the harsh coastal conditions.
Robust aluminium cladding and roofing ensure long-term durability. And the Flashclad Dualboard Vertical Cladding System gives a subtle nod to the home’s original board-and-batten character. Inside, the reconfigured layout opens up the spaces connection to the oceanfront.
Compact but cleverly planned, this bach now offers space and all the modern essentials for multiple families to holiday in comfort.
