The Avenues
Small Renovation
Completed for a returning client, downsizing from the family home. This thoughtful renovation in the Tauranga Avenues reimagines a 1940s stucco bungalow for a new chapter. The project included layout reconfiguration, a new kitchen and bathroom, restored native timber floors, new carpet and refreshed interiors throughout.
The kitchen, dining and living spaces were reconfigured to create a more open layout. New joinery, custom cabinetry, brass hardware and updated finishes feature throughout, while the restored timber flooring retains the character of the original home.
Reside Construction are architectural builders based in the Bay of Plenty, specialising in bespoke building design and high-end residential construction across the region.
