A large-scale renovation that transformed a dated property into a modern residence. The reconfigured layout creates expansive kitchen, living and dining spaces, positioned to maximise the home’s elevated setting and capture harbour views.

The project involved a full strip-out and rebuild of the existing structure, with extensive structural work, reconfiguration, and complete upgrades to services carried out throughout. Originally a three-bedroom home, the layout has been redefined into a well planned six-bedroom, four-bathroom residence, significantly improving functionality and scale.
