01 - Initial Consultation
Start with a conversation to explore your ideas and figure out what's possible.
Even if you haven't yet been to an architect or had your plans drawn, an initial consultation with us gives you practical, grounded feedback early on. We'll help you assess what's genuinely feasible on your site, what your budget might realistically support, and what decisions made at the design stage that will affect the quality and cost of the build itself. Builder's insights and construction expertise can help shape the process from the start to ensure a smoother journey.
An initial conversation with us costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply means you go into the next phase better informed.
Already have an architect or plans? No problem.
If you're already working with an architect and coming to us with plans ready to go, we're comfortable stepping in at any stage of the process.
02 - design
Architectural design that builds beautifully.
We've worked across a complex range of high-end architectural designs. That experience means we understand not just how homes should look, but how they need to be built.
Our team collaborates closely with architects and designers throughout the design phase, contributing a builder's perspective on areas such as material selection, structural considerations, and site-specific challenges. We're part of the conversation early so that what gets drawn can actually be built to the standard it deserves.
We have strong relationships with a number of respected architects across the Bay of Plenty and beyond. Depending on where you're at in the process, we can introduce you to an architect who's well-suited to your project - or we'll work seamlessly with an architect you've already chosen.
03 - build

Our team is made up of highly qualified, experienced tradespeople who take genuine pride in their work. Every project is led by a dedicated site foreman, supported by our own builders and a trusted network of subcontractors we've worked alongside for years.
Those long-term relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers matter. They mean we can hold the standard of finish and detail we're known for - because the people doing the work share our values around quality.
We use only high-quality products and stay across the best the industry has to offer - from sustainable building solutions to the latest construction technology. The goal on every project is the same: a home built to endure, finished with care, and something we're genuinely proud to have our name on.
Reside are Registered Master Builders and Licensed Building Practitioners. We manage all consent inspections, District Council portal requirements, and documentation through to the issue of your Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
04 - Manage
You'll always know where things stand.
We know engaging a significant build project requires a lot of trust in your construction team and we don't take that lightly.
From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, we stay close to our clients. That means consistent communication, honest updates - including when things don't go exactly to plan - and a team that's always accessible and straightforward to deal with.
We oversee everything: subcontractor coordination, product specifications, council requirements, site safety, and quality control at every stage. You don't need to manage the moving parts - that's our job. Your job is to make the decisions that matter, with confidence that everything else is in capable hands.
The end result is a home built to your vision, delivered with integrity - and a process you'd genuinely recommend to someone you care about.
05 - Interior Consulting
Bringing your vision together through thoughtful interior choices.
Creating a beautiful home isn't just about the build - it's about the finishes, the materials, the colours and textures that make a space feel like yours. For clients who want support with their interior selections, we offer an optional interior consulting service through our in-house Interior Consultant, Jane Cosmas.
Jane works closely with our clients to help create a cohesive interior direction - one that reflects your taste and ties the whole home together. Whether you have a clear vision or you're starting from scratch, she's a knowledgeable and practical sounding board throughout the selection process.
From mood boards and material samples through to confirming final selections, Jane takes the complexity out of interior decision-making and makes the process enjoyable.
