Having trained together in New Zealand as apprentices, they possess over 20 years experience in the building industry.
Formed in 2018, Nick, who previously owned his own successful company – Nixin Builders, based in Tauranga, and
Marlon, who previously owned a successful residential building company - JAM Builders, based in London, saw an opportunity to combine their experience, skills and understanding to create Reside.
Both have an outstanding track record. Together, they share a wealth of building experience and industry knowledge.
They possess a strong sense of craftsmanship, and a passion for creating bespoke and high-end architectural homes.
