This Gill Lane home is a modern new build centred around a well-executed layout, designed to make the most of its setting and outlook. The plan brings together open living spaces with a clear sense of structure, creating a home that feels both spacious and well balanced.

Open plan living areas form the heart of the home, allowing for a natural flow between kitchen, dining and living spaces. Large openings bring natural light into the interior and frame the surrounding outlook, extending the living areas outward and strengthening the connection to the outdoors.

Since completing the original build, we've been invited back to add to the property on several occasions - including an undercover louvre and alfresco area, extended pool decking, and most recently a sauna and the decking platform it sits on. It's a relationship we're proud of, and a home that continues to evolve.
