Snell Crescent

Renovation

Located on a full site close to the beach and the local Village, Snell Crescent is a thoughtfully crafted renovation celebrating the architectural character of a 1970s home.

The original footprint was completely remodelled and extended to include a new Front Entrance, Internal Staircase, Mud Room, 3 new bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. An extensive addition to the first floor opened up the living areas, added an additional bedroom/office and Powder Room, and now includes a generous Master Suite.

Defining features include the cedar cladding, a distinctive gable roofline, architectural aluminium screens, raking vaulted timber ceilings, bespoke steel balustrades and a warm natural material palette including cork flooring and dark green NZ wool carpet.

Large sliding doors extend the open plan living, to the expansive outdoor living spaces, complemented by a LouvreTec roof, and detailed landscaping, which creates a seamless connection and flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
