GILL LANE | TE PUNA

This Gill Lane project is a focused renovation centred on opening up the home and improving its connection to the outdoors. While not extensive in scale, the work involved significant structural intervention to achieve the desired outcome.

A steel box frame and connecting beam were introduced to support a full corner opening, allowing for large sliding and stacking doors to transform the living and entertaining end of the house. The result is a more open, practical space that extends directly to the outdoor area.
