This Ōmokoroa project reimagines a blank commercial shell into a calm, high-performance wellness space within the new Ōmokoroa Shopping Centre. Designed to support balance and restoration, the fit-out delivers both function and ambience through meticulous detailing and refined finishes.

Built for public use, the space required careful planning to integrate specialist electrical systems, heavy ventilation and concealed services within solid walls, all while maintaining the clean architectural aesthetic that defines the brand.

Working closely with business owner Liz, the team created a contemporary environment that brings hot and cold therapy to life. The fit-out includes new internal walls and ceilings, full interior finishes, and the installation of kitset saunas and ice baths.

The result is a purpose-built wellness hub that that reflects the care and quality Reside is proud to bring to each project.

Reside Construction are architectural builders based in the Bay of Plenty, specialising in bespoke building design and high-end residential and light commercial projects across the region.
